Welcome to Fun With Aileen where good reading skills are worth more than gold! As a mother and author, I want my child to learn, grow, and have fun; promoting reading assures she will do this. I also look for creative ideas, such as crafts, to foster her imagination. Statistics show that children who are poor readers by the end of first grade have a 90% probability of being poor readers throughout their entire scholastic career.
